Hong Kong Medical Consultants’ (HKMC) COVID-19 Telemedicine Service provides complete remote medical care - comprising of a tele-consultation with a Medical Specialist through our state of the art telemedicine studio.

We are able to provide a drug delivery service to patients who cannot manage to collect their medications in person.

We are currently offering two different COVID-19 specific anti-viral medications.

*Drug delivery can be arranged with a third-party service, at additional cost.

Remarks:

Patients are required to settle the consultation fee at least one day before appointment.
Insurance, direct billing claim or health voucher may not be applicable for telemedicine service. Please check with your insurance provider.
Patient can only reschedule the appointment once after payment is made. An administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for appointment cancellation.
All terms and conditions apply. It is also subject to HKMC's final decision if a patient is suitable for telemedicine consultation.
Medication delivery service will be provided by an independent 3rd party upon patient's request and will be charged separately at HK$200 per delivery.
HKMC reserves the final rights and decisions on telemedicine service.
